  7. The undersigned for the purpose of procuring and establishing
  8. credit from time to time with you and further, to induce you
  9. to permit the undersigned to become indebted to you on notes,
  10. endorsements, guarantees, overdrafts or otherwise, furnishes
  11. the following (or in lieu thereof the attached) which is the
  12. most recent statement prepared by or for the undersigned as
  13. being a full, true and correct statement of the financial
  14. condition of the undersigned on the date indicated, and
  15. agrees to notify you immediately of the extent and character
  16. of any material change in said financial condition, and also
  17. agrees that if the undersigned, or any endorser or guarantor
  18. of any of the obligations of the undersigned, at any time
  19. fails in business or becomes insolvent, or commits an act of
  20. bankruptcy, or dies, or if a writ of attachment, garnishment,
  21. execution or other legal process be issued against property
  22. of the undersigned or if any assessment for taxes against the
  23. undersigned, other than taxes on real property, is made by
  24. the federal or state government or any department theeof, or
  25. if any of the representations made below prove to be untrue,
  26. or if the undersigned fails to notify you of any material
  27. change as above agreed, or if such change occurs, or if the
  28. business, or any interest therein, of the undersigned is sold,
  29. then and in such case, all of the obligations of the
  30. undersigned to you or held by you shall immediately be due
  31. and payable, without demand or notice.  This statement shall
  32. be construed by you to be a continuing statement of the
  33. condition of the undersigned, and a new and original statement
  34. of all assets and liabilities upon each and every transaction
  35. and by which the undersigned hereinafter becomes indebted to
  36. you, until the undersigned advises in writing to the contrary.
